Good Practice Template

The Good Practice Template is for anyone and everyone that has actively recognised and embedded the importance of co-production into the work they do. We recognise that co-production is subjective due to the nature of the work and those involved, with this in mind we’re interested in the steps you took, the work undertaken and the outcomes as a result of the co-production. The template is attached but can also be found on the Co-production page of the Local Offer.

Kindest Regards,

Emma Norsworthy
Commissioning and Quality Monitoring Officer
